...is getting married tomorrow. Married. My little brother. Okay, so he's 6'4", a cop in Jersey, a Marine Sergeant, a combat veteran... maybe he's not so little. But in my mind he will always be twelve years old.
He's a wonderful man. He's marrying a wonderful woman. Tomorrow will be a good day.
Needless to say, no time for a longer post. Have a great weekend, everyone!
Posted by cari at March 20, 2004 10:59 AMYay! And welcome to the club, although my baby brother has planned for a wedding sometime next year, which gives me ample time to start thinking of him as something older than 8.
This wedding will be more enjoyable, right? Have a great time!
Posted by: EmMy baby brother got married in October and it was a little wierd. But very special. And I cried like a goob.
Have fun and enjoy the ride!

Posted by: Joni don't care what nobody say [yes, i meant that grammar avengers], my brother will always be the 2 day old sleeping hill of soft flesh i first laid eyes on 19 and a 1/2 years ago.
unless i'm mad. then he's a series of other things inappropriate for listing in this particular arena.
anyway, best wishes for a glorious day to your brother and his betrothed. you have a good time, too, honeychild.
Posted by: nakachiExcellent! Bits of good news are *that* much more special these days, hmmm?

Posted by: RachaelCongrats to Joel! (And I expect to see a picture of you in the new dress!)
I know what you mean. My sister will always be my little sister- although I think of her more around the age of 12, fighting with me for the remote control. Funny to think of her as a physician.
