Billy thinks my desk is starting to look a little creepy, but I think they're beautiful.

What WOULD be creepy is if you saved the termites.

You don't know me. I found your blog while I was linksurfing.
I like your desk! the one glass-sided lantern looks like its from that one animated film about the cricket in the city that played concerts.

Posted by: KatieThat IS creepy - it's like Silence of the Cicadas.
Posted by: DavidMy mom once found a giant moth that she brought home between two slices of bread during a picnic. That was creepy.
The bugs are kinda cute.
Posted by: AmberIf its bugs you're looking for, look under my sink. You're welcome to take home anything you find under there.
Posted by: IrisI'm with Billy. ;)
Posted by: JessicaI work with guys who decorate their offices with stuffed roadkill, assorted bone fragments and trays of leeches.
Your desk looks fine.

Are they crickets??
Posted by: amyi wouldn't say creepy. just.....different. but thats why i love you!
Posted by: rebeccaOh, you would love a shop we have downtown. It's run by a lady who has been a world traveller for most of her adult life. She has this wild collection of framed/boxed bugs that are spectacular and LARGE. Next time I'm down there I'll try to take a picture of them if she'll let me. I think they came from Africa.
Posted by: teresaCari, I love it! The other poster's comment about the glass-sided lantern reminding her of the story of the cricket who played in the city is right on--love the story, and it reminds me of that. I think it's great--good eye diversion.
Posted by: kaarinI think I need another termite update. I'm at the edge of my seat...
