Introducing Olivia Eden

(last name withheld to protect the impossibly cute)

Hello Olivia.jpg

Here she is, the little girl I knit the placket-neck pullover for. My friend Rebecca made the baby. She and her husband do nice work, no?

I can't help but notice that Olivia Eden is in almost exactly the same pose as Darth Vader is upon awakening from his mechanization in the final Star Wars movie.

The force is strong with this Olivia, indeed.

every time I click on this site on my tour 'o the blogs, there she is peeking up over the taskbar! when you post again you'll need to put this pic somewhere in a sidebar or something so we'll always be able to smile even after time has moved on--it's impossible not to smile when she peeks:)

What a CUTIE! (I mean you, not the baby -- but the baby's good too). Cari, it was such a pleasure I can't even describe to meet you Friday, and I wish we could have carted you along to Maryland. Next time, FOR SURE. We were all thinking about you last night and we were telling everyone about your lovely knee socks. Hugs, girl! I hope the exam? paper? presentation? went well Saturday.

Yes I'd say they do quite a professional job of it. I mean 2 eyes, cute button nose, I can't tell but I'm sure there's another ear on the other side of the adorable face, and oh that chin is just beyond cute. I'm sure she'll love her pullover.
