This may have to be my first baby sweater - I know of a baby on his way that this would be perfect for. Thanks for sharing the pattern!

Thanks for the pattern! One of my cousins is due with a little one (don't know if it's a girl or boy) in a month and I thought I'd knit them something. I think your Yoda-sweater will be just perfect!

Do you think a cotton sweater would be okey for a February-baby in a cold Sweden or should I go for a wool one?

just darling, all of it.

Hooray! Thank you!

Thank you for the pattern. A good friend of mine is having a baby in late April and a cotton sweater would be perfect. Thanks again!

Thank you for sharing the Yoda pattern. I brought your Traveling Vines scarf pattern on a trip to Spain, using Elsebeth Lavold Silky Wool.

Thank you also for sharing your writing. I read and reread your story, forwards and backwards.

Hi Cari, congrats on your impending chick :)

I finally got your Give A Little thank you gift in the mail...sorry for the delay, things have been pretty hairy around Chez FKD...Anyway, I hope you like it :)

Hooray! A friend had a baby two days ago, and I'm overcome with feelings of semi-auntiness. Must. Start. Yoda. Sweater. Soon!

Thanks so much for the pattern! I have been debating what to knit for my cousin's new baby. Do you think I could do this with DK weight yarn? Also, any opinion on how it would look with stripes or contrasting edging or something?

Re: hot laptop: I was in Circuit City just now and happened to see a Targus "Notebook Chill Mat." It's a pad maybe 3/4 inch thick. You plug it in, put it on your lap or your desk, and its fans cool the computer. Cost is $31.99.
