Skim milk, nonfat French Vanilla yogurt, frozen strawberries, and a big heaping spoonful of Nutella combine to create a damn good smoothie.
I love it when a refrigerator raid ends well.
Posted by cari at February 1, 2006 07:27 PMDAMN that sounds good! Sadly, there's nothing in Dad's fridge (where I'm staying tonight) that could possibly turn out that well.
I do, however, now have a very strong craving for Nutella...
Posted by: Rachel HOhhhh, yum. Good for you and the baby, too.
Posted by: NormaDoesn't Nutella make anything better?
Posted by: CindyYum!
Posted by: JennInteresting! I will have to pick up some Nutella for sure.
Posted by: emilyAnd I thought I wasn't hungry....NOT
Posted by: claudiaYum! Why didn't anyone think of this sooner?
Posted by: AngelaOhh Nutella is heavenly...drool drool
Posted by: MarieMmm... Nutella. I have four of them in the house. I think the closest one is in my sewing desk. Come here, Nutella, my delicious prey...
You're turned the readers chocolate-mad!
Posted by: NadiaWow ... I'm going to try that! But with frozen raspberries! ;)
Posted by: AgnesMmmmmmmmmmmmm... I want one. Or eight!
Posted by: JonNever tried the Nutella... Always looked to be too dangerous. I bet it's good.
...Thinking I might have to break the new-year's-be-good-to-the-steph resolution...
Posted by: StephanieI think that a heaping spoonful of nutella could make even a brussel sprout and scrapple smoothie taste pretty damn good. Of course, I much prefer it with waffles.
Posted by: JennaYum! I like the suggestion to make it with raspberries. Nutella, haven't had it in a long time. Sounds like you are feeding that babe really well!
Posted by: Dharmaadding nutella to grocery list now...
Posted by: Steph VWI thought I'd delurk to let you know I had a dream about Nutella last night, which I'm sure is due to your post.
All I'll say is that it involved my whole family risking our lives to run into a grocery store for Nutella while on the run from Al Qaeda terrorists in armored tanks.
Posted by: tortoiseshellyYummmm! Might have to buy some Nutella tomorrow...
Posted by: Marytry freezing the yogurt, too. We put the frozen yogurt into the blender with some soy or cow's milk and then add the strawberries, or more milk until we get it to the consistency and pinkness that we want. Now, I've got Nutella on the brain and I know if I buy some it will disappear into the forbidden lair of my 17 yr old son.
