Pattern: Accordion
Yarn: Mission Falls 1824 Wool
Baby: Extra-delicious, three-and-a-half-month-old, 17-pound variety
Okay, I wasn't going to say it while you were deciding, but supposedly buttons + babies = bad (from a paranoid, worry-wart parenting sort of view). At any rate, its DONE and the not-so-wee Thumper will not be cold for a while, judging from the rolled up sleeves.
He's ridiculously cute. Should be illegal, or something. Need ... baby ... time...
Posted by: CassieI just love that sweater, and Thumper just looks so stinking cute in it.
Posted by: AmandaThumper almost makes me want one. Almost. Pretty darn close. If I could be assured of a duplicate, I'd be sold.
Posted by: JennI want to squeeze the stuffing out of him. Great sweater. Beautiful, squeezable, darling boy. Sigh.

Posted by: juliaCute! OMG, cute! I can't wait to see you guys this weekend. Is little Thumper-man going to be wearing his sweater? That boy needs lots and lots of Auntie Nipper squeezes and tummy rubs. And mom needs some knitting time. ;)

Posted by: gleekSorry - I still can't look past those cheeks to see the sweater. How do you ever tear yourself away from those wonderful squishy cheeks??

Posted by: LizThe zipper is a good call. Looks like he's still got some growing room in it too.
My second son was a big'un too. The neighbors nicknamed him "Tank Barnard, World's Youngest Wrestler". I called him my puffer belly and I used to sing that song to him all the time. He was such a giggly little guy.
Oh, thanks for the memories!
Posted by: LaurieMCute! I love it with the zipper. Thumper is a great model too!
Posted by: Karenoh my that's cuteness!I just want to snuffle those chubby little cheeks! Great job on the sweater!
