Joke(?)

Q: What did one New York real estate attorney say to the other?

A: Nothing. They're both taking four-day weekends in the Hamptons.

OK, that's it...I'm totally writing a "HURRY UP" song for Thumper to sing to them. Just think...that combined with the ever effective Thumper-cuteness-hypnotism...

I feel your pain. We are trying to buy a house. The one we loved and put in an offer? Owner decided that he didn't want to sell it after all. Because his kids cajoled him into putting it on the market when he wasn't quite ready, then found his out when his doctor scheduled back surgery for him and he wants to recuperate in his house. Sigh. I wish there was a saint to bury for a renter who wants to become an owner!

When I bought my house, the couple selling it was getting a divorce (after 52 years!!) that was so nasty they EACH had a real estate agent. I had to deal with THREE of them.
