Lovely sock. But look at that FLOOR! That's gorgeous. Reminds my of the one my grandparents had, where I spent ages making clothes for my dolls from my grandma's wonderful collection of fabrics (she used to make wallhangings).

Ha! That's a great title. We've all felt that way at some point or other... but your sock is so lovely that it really warrants a day-by-day posting. The colorway is spectacular. Perfect for fall.

hmmm - haven't started my Lenore yet - not a big fan of the lace (thought it an odd thing for an October sock) but love the ways yours is looking. Are you following the pattern spot-on?
